Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contracted role at a single elementary school near House Springs, MO, from October through February. You will conduct evaluations, diagnoses and provide treatment to support communication skills in young learners.

You will create IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress per state and federal guidelines. The position offers a steady 35-hour work week, a supportive educational environment, and competitive weekly

Qualifications

• Current and valid Missouri SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with elementary school-aged children valued.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals to ensure students' progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Serve as a resource to school staff and families, offering strategies and support for student success.
