Community Consolidated District 89 is seeking a Part-Time Resource Teacher for Briar Glen Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Summary

The special education resource teacher will provide specialized instruction at Briar Glen Elementary School. This position involves case managing a group of students with goals and accommodations supporting social-emotional skill development in an inclusive environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to develop and implement plans ensuring compliance with all special education regulations.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet Illinois State Board of Education requirements, including an LBS1 endorsement within their Professional Educator's License (PEL).
