What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and manage patient and laboratory data for research projects
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and prepare regulatory submissions
- Monitor expenditures and adherence to study budgets
- Manage lab calendar and coordinate meetings with project teams
- Interact regularly with the principal investigator to ensure project progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year college degree and two years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of clinical research coordination, lab management, and data collection experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic coding skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or on path to graduation) in biomedical data science, neuroscience, or cognitive science
- Experience with research project databases and data flow management
- Familiarity with neuroscience concepts and terminology
- Ability to operate digital devices for recording and data collection
- Previous experience in managing research documentation and regulatory compliance
