Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based services at an elementary school in Abington, PA. The maternity coverage runs from February through the 2026–2027 school year, with potential for future opportunities within Kelly Pediatric Therapy.

The OT will provide individual or group therapy aligned with IEP goals, screen and evaluate students, implement interventions, and collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ participation

Qualifications

• OT licensed or eligible in PA.
• Experience with school-based IEP goals preferred.
• Ability to work in elementary school setting.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group OT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Screen and evaluate students using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers to support skill carryover in class.
