Job summary

Lighthouse Connections Academy seeks an Academic Interventionist/Specialist to support MTSS using RTI, delivering push-in and pull-out instruction from Southfield or a home office. You will design and monitor Tier 1–3 interventions to promote student growth in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating SST meetings, planning targeted interventions, and collaborating with regular and special education staff.

Responsibilities

• Support MTSS using RTI framework in planning instruction.

• Plan, implement, and monitor Tier 2–3 supports for identified students.
• Facilitate SST processes with principals, staff, parents, and instructional staff.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines.
