Job summary

Fairfield Community Schools is seeking an Elementary Interventionist – RtI Specialist to support Tier II and Tier III students within the regular classroom setting. You will plan instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers, school psychologist, and SST to refine intervention strategies.

Responsibilities include implementing RtI plans, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records, all while upholding district policies and state guidelines to promote student achievement.

Qualifications

• Must hold proper state certification.
• Expanded Criminal Background and CPS Check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and track all Tier III support for identified students.
• Design systems to measure the effectiveness of Tier III support.
• Collaborate with the special education coordinator, school psychologist and SST to facilitate eligibility for special education.
• Meet and instruct identified students in the locations and at the times designated.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
