Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience teaching in a P‑9 setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with learner‑centered approaches, asset‑based perspectives with a variety of learners, and evidence‑based teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Observe and coach student teachers; conduct triad meetings with assigned pre‑service teachers and cooperating teachers.
• Provide individual student support and evaluation and maintain record‑keeping documents.
• Collaborate with Field Cohort team and co‑facilitate/attend seminars.
• Connect and build and maintain relationships with assigned schools and communities.
