Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Lincolnton, NC seeks an Exceptional Children Teacher for an elementary separate setting classroom. You will support approx. 10 students with IEP goals, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, with two Teacher Assistants to collaborate with.

The role focuses on individualized instruction, behavior support, and communication with families and school staff to foster student growth and success throughout the 2026/2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate closely with 2 Teacher Assistants and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families and educational team members.
• Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional development.
