Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a Part-Time LifeWise teacher to share gospel values in public school settings while upholding the LifeWise curriculum and policies. The role requires active church involvement, strong communication, and caring, perceptive teaching of children.

Ideal candidates will have classroom teaching experience, a mature Christian faith aligned with our Statement of Faith, and commitment to local church participation.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days and annual LifeWise Summit.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Maintain attendance records, rosters, and materials for substitutes; ensure classroom readiness and safety.
• Communicate with school personnel and LifeWise community to share schedule changes and student well‑being.
• Promote LifeWise's religious mission in all duties and interactions.
