Job summary

Onward Education seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year, onsite in Providence County, RI. This full-time role supports an elementary school caseload, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavior strategies that promote student success across academics, social, emotional, and behavioral domains.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, data-driven interventions, IEP participation, and coaching

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Master's degree in ABA or related field.
Experience with FBAs and BIPs is preferred.
Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress.
Collaborate with special education staff, families, and teams.
Provide coaching and support to teachers and classroom staff on behavior management.
Assist in implementation and monitoring of evidence-based interventions.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support compliance with Rhode Island special education regulations.
