Job summary

Onward Education is partnering with school districts in Middlesex County, Massachusetts to hire multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time onsite role supports students across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure compliant, data-driven interventions that promote positive student

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification and Massachusetts LABA license or eligibility.
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Experience in school-based BCBA roles preferred.
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
  • Knowledge of IDEA and IEP implementation; compliance with special education requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and guide interventions.
  • Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families.
  • Provide coaching and training on behavior management and data collection to teachers and staff.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

We're partnering with school districts in Middlesex County, Massachusetts to hire multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026-2027 school year.

In this role, you will provide behavioral support and consultation services to students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior strategies that promote student success across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains.

  • Location: Onsite in Middlesex County, MA
  • Openings: Multiple
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours per week
  • School Year: 2026-2027
Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and guide intervention decisions.
  • Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff on behavior management strategies and data collection practices.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal special education requirements.
  • Support the implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven decision-making practices throughout the school environment.
Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license, or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
  • School-based BCBA experience preferred
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Knowledge of IDEA, IEP implementation, special education compliance, and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills
