Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in East Providence, Rhode Island to support students with behavioral, developmental, or social challenges through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This full-time position requires collaboration with teachers and staff to integrate interventions into classroom settings.

The successful candidate will develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and provide training to educators. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, along with at least two years of practical experience in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Two years of practical experience in ABA, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) to identify and evaluate students’ skill deficits.
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Provide ongoing professional development for staff on ABA principles.
