Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an on-call Banquet Server at Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. You will assist with event setup/breakdown, serve food and beverages, and ensure high-quality guest service across all banquet functions.

The role requires attentiveness to detail, knowledge of service standards, and ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 hotel environment. Perks include hotel employee discounts and opportunities for recognition.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces per Banquet Event Order.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages according to Banquet Captain's instructions.
• Bus dishes promptly and replenish beverages as needed.
• Ensure room is reset for the next function and maintain cleanliness.
