Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Cocktail Server for Hilton Southlake. You will provide prompt, courteous bar and lounge service, deliver cocktails and food, and ensure a polished guest experience aligned with Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them in POS, processing payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked service area. Evening/weekend availability and TABC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail serving or bar/restaurant experience preferred.
• Current TABC seller‑server certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Willingness to learn the Henley menu and beverage offerings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and make beverage and food recommendations.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, coordinating with bartenders.
• Serve food orders and check back for guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, room charges).
• Verify IDs and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked service area across tables, bar, and patio.
• Communicate guest feedback and special requests to bar/kitchen teams.
• Collaborate with F&B and Front Office to support property operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
