Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and develops treatment and management plans appropriate for age, acuity, and clinical condition.
• Orders, performs, interprets diagnostic studies, and prescribes therapies.
• Provides health promotion, disease prevention, and patient/family education.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and refers to physicians as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR and compliant coding/billing practices.
• Facilitates coordinated care and clear communication among health team and community agencies.
• Performs procedures as delegated within scope of practice.
