UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC seeks an Adult/Advanced Practice Provider to join the Cardiology team, primarily serving electrophysiology patients with devices. The APP will work under a supervising physician but maintain an independent clinic template and schedule, with weekday daytime hours.

No prior EP experience required, completion of accredited APRN/PA program, NC licensure, and board certification as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Obtains health history, performs exams, orders tests, develops treatment plans.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and follow-up.
• Leads and participates in clinical projects to improve care.
• Documents care accurately for billing and compliance.
