Job summary

MUHA is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab to lead Structural Heart patient care and to assess and implement innovative resources increasing care team effectiveness. This role provides direct leadership, supports staffing, and ensures nursing standards are met across the EP Lab.

You will mentor the nursing team, coordinate staffing, and act as a liaison between clinical and support services while supporting frontline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing from an accredited school; three years of related nursing experience; BSN preferred.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure by SC Board of Nursing or a compact state; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and management for Structural Heart patient care areas.
• Support, coach, and develop nursing care team members.
• Promote teamwork, engagement, accountability and clinical excellence.
• Serve as liaison between clinical and support services; facilitate care delivery system development and staffing.
