Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an engineering discipline is required.
• Five+ years of related technical experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Formal training with mentoring experience and prior manufacturing exposure preferred.
• ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to identify AI use cases and evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot circuit boards using precision test equipment.
• Perform soldering and rework on assemblies as required.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on new product releases and issues.
• Read schematics and technical documentation to support testing and improvements.
• Provide training on test procedures and equipment operation.
