Job summary

Peak Technologies is seeking a quality control associate to test repaired units, inspect, test, and assemble/disassemble as required, following test procedures and documenting findings to ensure quality standards.

The role requires electronic repair experience, ability to follow procedures, firmware updates, and hands-on use of tools such as multi-meters and soldering equipment, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Electronic repair and troubleshooting procedures and functions.
• Ability to follow written procedures and think quickly to solve problems.
• Capable of updating firmware and flashing circuit boards.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting and troubleshooting units.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Work with team members at all levels.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new electronic equipment and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Test repaired units and inspect, test, and assemble/disassemble as required.
• Analyze and interpret test data.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Check functionality of installed applications and components under operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot and analyze information to develop recommendations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ServTrack systems.
• Follow safety standards and requirements.
• Maintain communication with Peak Technologies personnel and management.
• Assist production and warehouse personnel as needed.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
