Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to perform functional, performance, and environmental testing on electronic and electromechanical assemblies in an electronics manufacturing environment. You will test systems and subassemblies, troubleshoot malfunctions, analyze results, and document defects to support production and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of electronic theory and electrical principles.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader.

Responsibilities

• Review test procedures, schedules, wiring diagrams and BOMs to determine testing needs.
• Perform functional, performance and electrical testing on electronic systems and assemblies.
• Conduct environmental testing (temperature, vibration, humidity, etc.).
• Analyze data, troubleshoot failures, and compare results to specs.
• Identify defective components and document issues for repair.
• Document test results and corrective actions per procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production on test methods and results.
• Read technical docs and work instructions to complete tests.
