Job summary

Advanced Energy in Denver, CO is seeking a Production Test Technician to perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.

You will follow instructions, work with schematics, calibrate tests, document results, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. AAS in electronics and 1+ year experience recommended; SAP familiarity helpful; position offers competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Ability to perform basic electro/mechanical assembly.
• Component identification and reading schematics required.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
• Test and troubleshoot units using procedures, drawings and instructions.
• Recognize and report nonconformities in semi-routine tasks.
• Maintain safety, ISO procedures and documentation of results.
• Setup, calibration and testing of circuits and mechanical assemblies.
• Collaborate with other departments as a technical interface when needed.
