Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking individuals to perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment to meet production schedules and performance standards. This position will receive instructions on daily work and new assignments; duties vary day to day.

The role requires basic electro/mechanical assembly skills, ability to read schematics, SAP familiarity, and an AAS in electronics or equivalent. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Ability to read technical assembly documentation and schematics.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SAP.
• AAS degree in electronics or equivalent completed.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
• Uses test procedures, drawings, schematics and instructions to test and troubleshoot units.
• Maintains fixturing, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Documents test results accurately and may interface with other departments.
