Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to implement test methods, operate equipment, and conduct functional testing for power distribution solutions. Role emphasizes leading new product testing and production evaluation with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of relevant experience in electrical testing.
• Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of electronics, circuit troubleshooting and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Testing and inspection: pre-power up, functional, burn-in tests up to 600V.
• Troubleshooting: assist with AC/DC circuit issues and minor repairs.
• Documentation: maintain accurate test reports and records.
• Technical setup: program and configure test equipment.
• Operations: work independently on routine tasks with safety procedures.
