The ideal candidate will interpret schematics, follow test procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to interpret schematics and follow detailed test procedures.
• Knowledge of ESD and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Utilize schematics and test procedures to diagnose issues.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain test equipment and fixturing.
• Document results and maintain quality standards.
• Meet production schedules while ensuring quality.
