Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks a Production Test Technician to support manufacturing of electronic assemblies. You will perform testing, troubleshooting, and calibration to meet production schedules and quality standards.

The role requires working from drawings and schematics, maintaining test fixtures, and documenting results. Travel may be required, and teamwork is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• AAS degree in electronics or equivalent and AE technician test.
• 1+ years manufacturing electronic test technician experience.
• Experience with electrical circuits and assemblies testing.
• Knowledge of ESD practices.
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical testing and circuit analysis.
• Ability to work flexibly in a team environment; minimal cross-department interaction.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment to meet production schedules.
• Follow procedures, drawings, schematics, and instructions to test units.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot circuits, components, and assemblies.
• Maintain fixtures and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Document test results accurately and clearly.
• May train other AE employees in established processes.
• Travel may be required.
