Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring entry-level Electronics Test and Assembly Technicians for a direct-hire role in Salt Lake City, Utah. You'll build, test, and inspect advanced radio communication tech and learn on a 6-8 week training program in Los Angeles.

Work is fully onsite in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation starts at $18.75/hr with HS/GED, or $20.75/hr with a bachelor's degree, plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• U.S. Person required due to federal contracts.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Test sensitive electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Complete final assembly and inspection of products.
• Perform system and production quality-control testing.
• Use precision hand tools and test equipment.
• Enter data into Oracle, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate results to the production team.
