Job summary

The role requires strong soldering and repair experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with engineers and interns. Responsibilities include advanced soldering/desoldering, troubleshooting embedded systems, helping coordinate interns, and assisting with new designs and parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong soldering and desoldering skills across through-hole, SMT, and wire harness components.
• Experience troubleshooting and testing electronic/electromechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced soldering/desoldering on diverse components and microprocessors.
• Troubleshoot embedded electronics and diagnose issues efficiently.
• Support interns and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design, assemble, and test electrical components per engineering instructions.
• Assist engineers with new designs and parts sourcing; maintain inventory.
• Test units using standard equipment; analyze results for adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and handle additional duties.
