G&W Electric in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an Electronic Technician I to assemble, troubleshoot, connect and test electronic assemblies of basic to moderate complexity. You will work with drawings, BOMs, and test equipment to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and 1–2 years in electronics. Training others and strict safety practices are part of the job.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required, electronics experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOMs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with schematics and ladder logic.

Mansioni

• Assemble junction boxes, electronic controls, and other assemblies per drawings.
• Install and test completed electronic assemblies.
• Inspect and document actions for production and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot electronics for production and aftermarket support.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow procedures.
• Train others on basic to moderate testing tasks.
