The role requires a High School diploma or GED and ideally 0–1 year in manufacturing, with ability to read drawings, use hand and power tools, and follow English instructions; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Able to read drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product prior to testing for conformance.
• Inspect testing equipment and test booth for proper operation.
• Prepare product for test by safely making required connections.
• Identify and separate non-conforming parts.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment per procedures.
