Connectly Recruiting seeks an Electronics Manufacturer Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing procedures, and supplier relationships across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead a team of buyers and logistics staff, drive inventory turns, and collaborate with program managers to forecast orders and meet shipments.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in contract manufacturing, with strong Excel and Access skills and proven leadership abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing. Electronics experience a plus.
• Must have supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Significant experience with inventory control, logistics, MRP, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coach a team of Buyers and related staff to meet production needs.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Drive for increased inventory turns and supply chain efficiency.
• Develop supplier base and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery.
• Coordinate planning with Program Managers for forecasting customer orders and shipments.
