Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing procedures, and supplier relationships across multiple sites. The role requires directing material planning, ensuring on-time production, and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least five years in contract manufacturing, strong supervisory skills, and deep experience with inventory control, logistics, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience in contract manufacturing industry. Electronics manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must have prior supervisory experience and strong people management skills.
• Must have significant experience with inventory control, logistics, materials requirement planning, supply chains, contract negotiations, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to ensure on-time production and minimize on-hand stock.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and monitor price, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Develop team with goals and metrics, and track progress for professional development.
