Essenti Talent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to set up and maintain production lines used to repair and upgrade returned customer electronic products. You will support technicians in diagnosing and repairing systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role involves leading test system design, fixture maintenance, and root-cause analysis, with opportunities to mentor operations staff and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with design or manufacturing of microprocessor- or microcontroller-based products is required.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience developing automated test systems is a plus.
• Experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the setup of new production line equipment to test, repair, and upgrade electronic products.
• Design, construct, and maintain test fixtures and test systems (hardware, software, mechanics).
• Troubleshoot product failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronics.
• Collect repair data and maintain accurate repair records.
• Provide feedback to product development on design corrections and enhancements.
• Develop and document troubleshooting and repair protocols.
