Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics and/or appliances.
• Consumer Electronics/Appliance Repair Certification (preferred).
• Sealed System Certification applicable to appliances (preferred).
• 6 months of experience using Star & Smart Parts or other Parts Inventory System.

Responsibilities

• Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to customer needs.
• Diagnoses, orders, and makes installations for product repairs.
• Contacts customers with quotes for repairs and answers questions regarding cost, installation, and operation.
• Completes routine functionality and quality testing on all products.
• Partners with colleagues and leaders to manage work-in-process (WIP) repairs.
