ubreakifix is seeking a Tech Repair Expert to work in a retail store, delivering personalized customer experiences while repairing smartphones, tablets, and computers. You will handle in-store services and Asurion connected home solutions, ensuring fast, accurate repairs and a clean, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of repair or customer service experience, a passion for problem solving, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, computers and operating systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Motivated to meet evolving performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Repair a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets and computers.
• Provide customers with solutions with in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
• Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers.
