Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in the United States is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills.

You will troubleshoot devices, explain tech concepts in simple terms, manage store inventory, ship devices, and promote protection plans. The role offers $15–$16.50 per hour with monthly incentives, paid time off, and ongoing training within a teamwork-driven culture. Flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of smartphones, OS, and hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
