Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronics production in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly supervision.
• Experience working in a Quality Management System such as ISO9001 or AS9100.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Visual Factory, Six Sigma).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in prototyping and low-rate/high-mix manufacturing.
• Ability to enforce safety regulations, ensure compliance, manage maintenance, and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or Management.
