Responsibilities

• Meet KPI standards in assigned area and tasks.
• Coordinate activities in the production process and guide daily workflow.
• Set production and allocate resources to meet program.
• Maintain line supply of materials.
• Monitor yields and unit per hour performance; take corrective actions.
• Request components and consumables as needed.
• Serve as focal point for audits.
• Monitor WIP and ensure FIFO in area.
• Collaborate with support areas to maintain process.
• Ensure 5S discipline and safety policies are followed.
• Mentor and evaluate Operators.
• Direct support of Zone Leads and Supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.
