Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Quality Management Lead in McLean, VA to drive enterprise quality and process improvements across mission-critical networks. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and support staff, define success metrics, and implement QMS practices to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in quality programs, expertise in Lean Six Sigma and related frameworks, and the ability to present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise or program-level quality management in complex, mission-critical networks.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, BPR, design thinking, TOC or CPI.
• Experience authoring and maintaining Quality Management Plans.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and technical teams.
• Ability to tailor methods to mission needs.
• Plan and execute data collection, facilitate workshops, and communicate analyses using SIPOC, Fishbone, FMEA and trend analysis.
• Synthesize leadership perspectives and user feedback into actionable roadmaps.
• Travel up to 25% and hold Secret clearance; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Guide discussions with leadership and cross-functional teams to define success and identify improvements.
• Oversee data-collection plans, facilitate workshops, and share findings to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Advise on Lean Six Sigma, BPR, design thinking, TOC and CPI with quantitative/qualitative outcomes.
• Establish consistent quality/risk practices and champion corrective and preventive actions.
• Grow experience across mission domains while delivering improvements to Army network modernization.
