Job summary

MRSL Group is seeking a procurement professional to join a well-established electronics components business. You will source electronic components, build supplier relationships, and negotiate terms to support customers across aerospace, defence, medical, industrial, and energy sectors.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage RFQs, track supplier performance, and ensure compliance and traceability on projects.

• Ability to balance cost, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source electronic components from manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Identify alternative parts to mitigate supply chain challenges.
• Prepare RFQs, supplier quotations and purchasing activities.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs and terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with global suppliers.
• Monitor POs, deliveries and supplier performance.
• Support projects requiring traceability, certification and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Logistics and Finance to meet requirements.
• Maintain procurement data in ERP systems.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce supply chain risk.
