Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Purchasing Manager to drive global sourcing and supplier development across electronic components. You will expand sourcing channels, establish strategic partnerships and manage RFQs, negotiations and lead-time confirmations on international platforms.

You will collaborate with global sales, quality and logistics teams to strengthen supply chain security, improve supply diversity and resilience, and deliver value to OEMs and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic components procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of global component markets and sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships with ability to develop and maintain sourcing channels.
• Ability to evaluate supplier value and risks across multiple sourcing partners.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Global Supplier Development: Develop and maintain global electronic component suppliers and sourcing channels.
• Strategic Sourcing: Expand qualified sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Supply Chain Security: Evaluate supplier reliability, product authenticity, traceability and risk.
• Procurement & Commercial Negotiation: Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmations, and terms.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor semiconductor market trends, inventory changes and pricing dynamics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships to improve competitiveness and resilience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to solve sourcing needs.
• Supply Network Optimization: Improve supplier structures and supply chain flexibility and resilience.
