Job summary

J T is seeking a Process Engineer to support design, development, and execution of manufacturing processes for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will analyze data, review plans, and help maintain production flow.

You will troubleshoot in real time, contribute to NPI and equipment validation, and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Strong mechanical foundation with automation, machine programming, and basic electrical principles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical specs.
• Must pass IPC-A-610 Solder Inspection training requirements.
• Experience with Shop Floor Tracking/MES systems (Aegis) and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes, SOPs, and work instructions for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Provide real-time technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Analyze PCB layout data and panelization for design and process compliance.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for modifications and approvals.
• Assist in NPI, equipment validation, and DFx feedback to customers.
