Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for PCB and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Analyze PCB layout data and panelization for design and process compliance.
• Review blueprints and schematics for modifications and engineering approval.
• Design or specify fixtures and tooling to streamline assembly workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis on assembly failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality on inspections, repairs, and rework processes.
• Support NPI and equipment validation through design reviews and qualifications.
• Act as engineering liaison between production, cross‑functional staff, and leadership.
• Prepare technical reports and updates for stakeholders and customers.
