Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with robotics focus to own end-to-end manufacturing process development for new launches and VPI projects. You will work hands-on with tooling, equipment optimization, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, quality, and efficiency in production.

The role involves on-site work, exposure to Fanuc HandlingTool/ArcTool, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc HandlingTool or Fanuc ArcTool is required.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret drawings.
• Experience developing or improving manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, or automation systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturing launches including VPI/NPI or ramp-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects from planning through implementation and launch.
• Support VPI and production-launch activities ensuring readiness, process capability, safety and quality.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize methods, equipment configurations, tooling, and work processes.
• Apply manufacturing principles to improve equipment performance, productivity, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and share manufacturing expertise across the organization.
