Qualifications

  • Willing to travel periodically and participate in on-call rotation.

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities at the Taylor, Texas facility. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. The Director of Operations serves as the primary operational liaison with customers and is accountable for achieving business objectives through strong leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensuretimely completion of action items resulting from audits, investigations,and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manageplant operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and supportcapital, maintenance, and long-range planning activities
  • Trackand manage financial performance for routine operations and projectexecution activities
What makes you great
  • Youhave a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimumten (10) years of experience in industrial gas, bulk, onsite, or relatedmanufacturing operations, including ten (10) years of leadershipexperience in plant or operations management required
  • Demonstratedexperience leading operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, andoperational excellence initiatives; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
