Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 2–5 years of experience managing electronics assembly processes or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to establish production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize customer orders
• Provide lead time estimates for sales quotes
• Validate requested delivery dates for new orders
• Review new order entry for completeness and configuration accuracy
• Establish the production schedule
• Update customers on ship dates and order tracking information
• Create and maintain production schedules balancing resource workloads
• Lead MRP meetings
• Monitor inventory and material shortages, coordinate long-lead components
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and sales
• Communicate and coordinate schedule changes and risks to management
