Compunetix, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Planner in Pittsburgh. You will support new product sales lead times, enter orders, maintain ERP/MRP data, create shop orders, and monitor material availability to keep on-time delivery.

Requirements include a BS in a technical field, 0–3 years of related experience, proficiency with Word, Excel and Visio, and strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.

• BS degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with ERP/MRP data entry and manufacturing planning.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the Operations Planner with new product sales lead times and order tracking information.
• Support entering new customer orders and maintaining ERP/MRP data.
• Shop order creation and releasing work orders.
• Monitoring material availability including long lead parts.
• Production scheduling of customer orders.
• Assist with forecasting material needs.
• Tracking schedule performance and on-time delivery.
• Generating production reports.

Requirements

• Experience Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and Visio
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
