Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Planner with new product sales lead times and order tracking information.
• Support entering new customer orders and maintaining ERP/MRP data.
• Create and release shop orders and monitor material availability.
• Schedule production of customer orders and forecast material needs.
• Track schedule performance and on-time delivery; generate production reports.
