Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations/manufacturing leadership experience in electronics/high-tech.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, root-cause analysis, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Experience setting and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and implement new processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
• Develop, coach, and mentor managers and operational staff to build a high-performing team.
• Establish clear performance expectations, goals, KPIs, and accountability.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify bottlenecks, quality issues, and opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and apply CI methodologies to optimize workflows.
