Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Electronics Industrialization Engineering Manager to orchestrate PCBA NPI and product industrialization in a hybrid setting. You translate concepts into scalable assembly processes and drive prototype execution to ensure timely market readiness.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team across DfX, data readiness, and cost modeling while establishing KPI frameworks and guiding talent allocation to meet schedules and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate relevant experience.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams in electronics assembly/NPI.
- Experience with manufacturing engineering processes: cost estimation, tooling, and manufacturing plans.
- History leading global engineering initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven KPI creation and process improvement to reduce time‑to‑market.
Responsibilities
- Lead PCBA NPI, process execution, and technology deployment.
- Own industrialization deliverables: DfX, data readiness, prototype execution, and product costing.
- Set organizational goals and KPIs; monitor team effectiveness and business results.
- Manage resource plans aligned to project priorities, schedules, skill development, and time‑to‑market.
