Job summary

Rockwell Automation is hiring an Electronic Assembly Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Wisconsin to lead a cross-functional team responsible for the industrialization of new PCB assemblies. You will drive NPI, DFx, and cost estimation, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple projects and reporting to Jim Rondeau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; U.S. work authorization required.
Experience leading engineering teams in electronic assembly and NPI contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-functional engineering team for NPI of PCB assemblies and process execution.
Oversee industrialization activities including Design for Excellence (DfX) and cost estimation.
Set and monitor KPIs to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Allocate work based on priorities, schedules and skill development objectives.
Develop engineering talent and drive program and production success.
